Don't Put HOLD there, cause they NEVER return ur Money

Although we don't live there, we went there and put hold on it. It sucks on the holding service. We put the hold, $200, on Mar. 17th and we canceled that on Mar. 19th that was under the policy. The manager, Jermaine, promised that he would return the money and said he sent the check on Mer. 23rd. We supposed to get the check in couple days. We haven't seen the check until now, Apr. 16th. We called him and he just push the ball to their corporate office. I would say this kind of service sucks. Even though we don't live there, which we think is an excellent decision, he should keep the promise and do his job.
