We just moved in at the end of May. We FINALLY found a place with good customer service. The head property manager actually lives here, has been here for 4 years and was really nice, still is. We were going on a trip and he said he'd keep an eye on our place for us. So nice. We have been impressed with nice, friendly neighbors. Our place is very nice, and the parking (a HUGE problem at a lot of places) is pretty good. There are usually plenty of open spots. There are a couple families that have waaaaay to many people living in one apartment, and sometimes you have to wait to do your laundry because some mother will be doing 12--yes 12--loads of laundry. Overall though, it's nice, quiet, good breeze and light coming in and the staff is helpful and friendly. We shopped around A LOT and hated our last place (Camden Martinique in Costa Mesa) and this was a great place that we found. Good neighborhood.
