No parking, theft, and snotty customer service

We were really excited about moving here. We have a great location with a view. The design of the apartments are cute! And the rebates they offer to move in, well, very appealing.
It took us about a week to figure out that it wasn't that special after all. Shame, could be such a nice place. The parking is terrible, if you have more than one car well you might as well planning on spending time walking up from the corner pizza hut off of Alicia if you try to park after 5pm. And they must have it going with the tow company because lord knows they aren't worried about you being able to park once you move in.
Everytime I go into the office to ask for a repair, I got a snotty remark. And recently I had my laptop and briefcase stolen from inside the door of our place. I filed a police report but he wasn't really that positive about us ever seeing it again.
We are at the end of our lease...its a toss up...move AGAIN or walk from Pizza Hut, suffer the customer service, water shut-offs, and people stealing and oh yeah don't try to get a phone line or internet through-out your apartment because they are only responsible for helping you with one.
