We have been here a little over a year and are about to move out and since we have lived here, we have had to deal with maintenance NOT doing their job, our place being broken into after the locks were supposed to be changed and weren't, the manager, Jennifer, being nothing but rude and HORRIBLE parking - especially after registering a car to park in our carport and flat-out refusal to give us our parking permit. Needless to say, we can't WAIT to move out.

We were also broken into at this complex. This place is very unsafe, and the office staff is not very helpful. We only lived there for six months.

I actually just moved here a month ago. I have no problem with parking because I actually read the rules and know WHERE TO PARK! My apartment looked great when I moved in. The ladies in the office were VERY friendly and maintenance is always happy to come help me fix something. As a single female living alone... I think this place is great! I feel completely safe.
