Please I am telling you I saw a comment about -------and it is true I think I am going to have the cops investigate!! Beware Apartments have been broken into do not trust this place it is not safe DRUG ADDICTS LIVE HERE AND LEASING OFFICE DOES NOT CARE!!! stay away i warn you. and to top it all off the grounds are full of litter and cigarette butts every where from smokers grounds are not kept up this place is a joke!!!

If this is so bad, why have you lived here for two years? I also live here, have for a year, and I have had no major problems. Considering this is a low end apartment complex, and many of the residents are not of the best class (obviously yourself, judging by your irrational ranting and uneducated writing), I think it is a great deal. My corner is clean, neat, and quiet; the one set of bad neighbors who did move in last summer didn't last four months. I filed complaints about their late-hour noise levels, and their loud trash mouths, and the management took care of it right away.

Well the police officers are there everyday to take care of the drug addicts, so I actually felt SAFER living there knowing there was always a police officer right around the corner. The office staff may care, but they can't exactly do anything about it..."Hello, I heard you sell drugs, can you move please?" They value their life too I am sure. I hated that apartment complex more than any I have ever lived in, but the grounds are beautiful. I never had problems with it being dirty. Just overpriced and no parking. -------- was evil too, but I heard she is gone...so it should be better!

I caution readers who read these reviews to check to see if the reviewer posted anonymously or not and to generally disregard reviews that criticize people by name (-----). In particular, readers should disregard this 1/4/9 review because I know the man referred to to be highly skilled in his profession, is very responsible, and has a family that he would not risk losing to a meth habit or business. I had read this review previously when the names had not yet been edited out. I am pleased to see that the above reviews have the names edited out. Personal grudges do not constitute a valid review. I believe that Alicia Village is fortunate to have this man head the maintenance team.

No sorry to tell you that -------and his wife are using speed and they will go down for it. Beware of these drug addicts. and the sad thing is is that -------is a nice guy but he has a drug problem. I think the company should drug test him!
