These people who write negative reviews are nuts. This place is terrific and I don't want to live anywhere else, ever. I'm on my third apartment here, having had to move a couple times for various reasons. You look around Laguna Hills and find a place in a decent area with pool, hot tub, air conditioning, parking and dishwasher for less. You can't. And they take pets. The maintenance guys are great, the staff extremely helpful. And they've LOWERED the rents this month! What's the problem'
