This place is very deceiving. It looks great when you have the tour. Everything is nicely landscaped and looks very quiet and comfortable. The laundry facility is decent, but expensive. We thought this place was going to be nice. Then we moved in. I can't even begin to list all the crap we've had to deal with. People are inconsiderate, noisy, messy and just let their kids run all over the place unsupervised. Even in the pool area! The office staff is no help. My husband complained about our downstairs neighbors making noise until 3am, smoking pot, drinking and having sex in their back yard. They simply told us to call the cops. Did I mention they were high school kids' Hardly any of the policies are enforced here. We actually had a sheriff tell us to move out of here as soon as we could. That was after he showed up at our door looking for the former tenant who had a warrant out for his arrest! I don't feel safe being outside after dark. There is frequent cop activity. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. If I could go back in time, I would have signed a shorter lease. It is impossible to get out of one early. I am counting the days until I can move out.

I totally agreee with you, this is the worst place ever, just a bunch of theives that want to steal your security deposit and don't care about their tenant, very very bad customer service I have seen.
