THIS PLACE NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL. Some of the balconies look like a junk yard!!!!! Severe maintenance problems - major plumbing problems!! Musty/moldy. Dumpsters are used as furniture disposal containers! Several families in one unit. Parking is a nightmare. Not safe. Cars are consistently being broken into. The police seem to be there often.
