Ok, we had rats in our apartment, the plumbing broke several times (the manager Erika said it only happens to us...we must shove things in the pipes!), the doors were falling off the hinges, the paint had hair in it, water heater broke upstairs and soaked our walls, screens broke, carpet had DEEP old stains in it after living there for one month and Erika said it was brand new! How can stains get under our couch in one month' We had the carpet steam cleaned every two months because the stains were disgusting.

The toilet leaks, the shower leaks, AC makes loud noises even when off, the walls are thin, parking is a nightmare, the cops are always there, the neighbors are nice but get arrested a lot, and the traffic noise has been just awful. Someone was beaten to death on our street a few months ago!! I am moving out soon, and already they are starting to blame everything on us and stick us with a $1,000 bill to replace the carpet!!! I highly recommend looking in Aliso Viejo and don't be fooled when you move in - they won't give u a list of cleaning requirements even if you ask for it, and they don't mention anything about their carpet rules - be sure to ask for that. You're supposed to have "carpet shoes" to wear at home. WTF''

I highly recommend all females live elsewhere - this place is NOT SAFE.
