Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2002-01-01

Washmachines our for months. When complained management blames tenants for not notifying earlier. Building lights out during the night. Management repainted patios but didn't advise tenants about smell and possible health hazards. Narrow parking spots, unkempt hallways.
