I live in Prado since 2002 in a 1 bed apt. I have no complaints as of now. All repairs/emergencies are taken care of same/next day. Have facility of free movie rentals in the office. Secured gate entrance. Nice floor plans. Clean surroundings. Walking distance from Laguna Hills Mall, Trader's Joe, and many restaurants. walking distance from the "Farmer's market" held every Friday near the mall.
All staff members are good listeners..
