This place is very ghetto. There's never enough parking, there are roaches everywhere! In the year we've been there, we've had a problem with roaches, with the ceiling and the floors leaking (maintenance guy told us the last tenant complained, too, but they've never fixed the problem, so every time it rains the ceiling and floor leaks, which causes nasty mold to grow through the carpet and wall), we've been infested with bees (yes, bees), and the management has sucked, and been very unhelpful.

There aren't enough laundry rooms, and the ones that are there are nasty. The washers don't drain properly, so the water stagnates an if you put your clothes in them, they end up smelling like something died in your laundry. It's disgusting. It's too noisy. We've had to call the cops several times for domestic disputes and parties on weeknights.

The only plus to this place was the price.
