Roach Motel with a few redeeming qualities

first off, the person who posted below who made the "outstanding!" post is a former manager, Jeff Cole. He was trying to sell apartments, so ignore him.
The maintenence staff is great. John and Dante work their tails off! Michelle is a wonderful assistant manager, and if you want a problem taken care of, ask for her.
Most of the people who live there are very nice. The apartments are large.
Ok, now the bad stuff.
Parking is a problem. There is only one assigned parking space per apartment, so if you get there late and have two cars, you're SOL.
DO NOT LIVE ON THE GROUND FLOOR! There is a huge roach problem, and almost all the ground floor apartments have bug problems.
