I lived in this place for one year and regretted it totally. The place was crime ridden, full of vermin and the management was the worst! I know that since then, the mgnt has changed, and so has the name. But from the reviews,the problems still remain. I would NOT recomend this place to ANYONE. The only thing that will ever be happy here are the vermin living inside it's gates. That includes the managers who obviously wrote the "happy" reviews. They will show you the "nice" side of the apts, then chuck you into the ghetto, full of trash lined walkways that are seldom if ever maintained. Between assaults on females in the laundry rooms, having to hole up in my apt for several hours while the police flushed a man out of his apt where he had "parts" in his freezer, flooding in walkways from clogged storm drains,(making me wade ankle deep to my car.) Fire that took out an entire building (no fire walls according to the fire dept) and having to look at burned out bld for MONTHS. Car break-ins EVERY night, 37 noise complaints about a door-slamming-partying neighbor that fell on un-sympethetic ears (I was told if I did'nt like it to move elsewhere.. found out later neighbor was a friend of his) AND then to top it off they wanted to raise my rent! Do yourself a favor like I did RUN! As a added note, I was not evicted from this "place" I left with a clean record. I feel it is my duty to warn others of a very unsafe enviroment for ANYONE!
