Yo!

Just Like The Rest -What Do You Expect

This place is just like all of the other large complexes in the various cities & areas including Laguna Niguel,Dana Point & Mission Viejo etc. I've checked them all out & it's a typical scenario. Unless you want to live in Laguna Beach & pay more for less space, all the cities large complexes are essentially the same.

The plus side is that the area is nice & close to the beach. The management at this place is OK & the maintainence people are really great folks.

When the demo is shown to you, it looks just great. But other floor plans are not. If you get placed anywhere on a perimeter, then it is not so great at all.

You want loitering, people outside talking on their cell phones...........you got it.

You want trash in the parking lots & stupid heads blaring bottom heavy rap music out of their cars.......you got it.

You want 10 or 15 sub leasors living out of one apartment while management seems to turn a blind eye.............you got it.

I suppose the owners just want the rent money bottom line. If they cracked down on all of the sub leasors & illegal aliens living 10 to an apartment, maybe a third of all the places would be vacant. it's nice to know that management doesn't enforce this stipulation in the lease agreement.

You want drugged out, thug type gangster wanna be's conducting their business in the cars & parking lots..........you got it.

You want a bunch of noisy neighbors that are so oblivious to their surroundings that they don't give a sh----t about making noise & trashing their surroundings.....you got it.

You want some thin walls, cheap fixtures & noisy old pipes to go along with the asbestos in the walls.......you got it.

If you want any degree of quiet, you have to close all of your windows, run the air, have some music going & make an honest attempt to ignore your lousy neighbors, if you are unlucky & find yourself living next to a bunch of party animals or people who look like they just got off the boat from another poor country & still are under the impression that they are in the middle of the jungle or in some metropolitan smog ridden wasteland where they came from.

So why stay ' Have you seen the over inflated prices of houses around here ' You wanna spend 400K for 1000 sq. feet of crap '

Just get in your car & in 10 minutes & 7 miles you're in Laguna Beach; Go & watch all of the super rich idiots come from America & all over the world & pay $600-$1800 per night to stay in the hotels on PCH. This beach is one of the best tourist areas in the world. I haven't seen nicer beaches except in Hawaii or Tahiti.

So I brainwash myself & tell myself that I'm leasing a luxury suite for $43.00 per night in Laguna Hills. It's all how you look at it. The cup is half full, or the cup is half empty. In the meantime..................

Go buy yourself one of those little noises of nature machines at the mall & turn it on to drown out the idiot neighbors who spend all their time on their patio talking to each other & their buddies on their cell phones, while they think that they're in paradise whilst gazing at an ugly parking lot everyday. Hang some tropical beach pictures on the wall, turn on the Hawaiian music & ignore the idiots talking on their cell phones, living 10 to a unit, selling drugs, trashing their own nest & living in a little ignorant world of their own. Ignore the idiot riding a mini bike every night in the parking lot & the people using their cars to get high in.

There are some really nice people here too, that realize that they have neighbors & that this is a communal environment. Don't be weary of the shaved headed guy with the tatoos & piercings who looks like a thug or the people that are living in a third world box inside of their own mind....

Embrace it all..............welcome to the world of south orange county leasing in 2004.................!
