As a former leasing agent, I could tell just by reading the so-called "happy" reviews in here that they were obviously wriiten by management staff. I lived at Prado, and I can tell you that each of the negative reviews in here are true. The grounds are dirty and unkept. Laundry rooms are filthy, multiple families living in one apartment. Scary parking lots, The managment who will be rabid to get you in will care less about you when you are in. Peace of Heaven' Hardly, police are in and out of the complex day and night, car break-ins are a regular occurance, kids running rampant,overflowing trash bins. And the pest problems are out of hand! Not to mention the constant blare of thumping stereos throughout. Do yourself a favor, ignore the Management-written "happy" reviews. I am a former leasing agent who knows this is one of the tricks they use to lure people in. Stay away from Prado! Also stay away from "The Alicias" down the road.. just as awful!
