Puh-leeze: it's not that bad!

I've lived here for 8 months now (this website almost scared me away). Here's the reality:
Multiple families per apt: yes, some; but they're nice families! No sense of "danger!" here.
Roaches: Yes. Seasonal. OUTDOOR TYPE (which I, an easterner, had never seen before). They're not in your food, in your bed, in your cabinets, etc. One or 2 get in by mistake, and you kill them. Also: they're only available at the darker areas of the complex.. no sunlight... moisture.
Staff: changing frequently, and somewhat young and inexperienced, but well-intentioned. Maintenance: fast and A-OK.
Recommendation: get a sunny apt as near to the main office as possible. You'll be happy. Lots of space for the price.
