I've been here about 2 months, but long enough to get a general feel of living here. Overall I would say yes, I would recommend living here. I have noticed both pros and cons. Pros: USUALLY quiet (depending largely on who your neighbors are), newly remodeled with generous extras such as ceiling fan in dining AND bedroom, Pergo wood floors, designer beige walls with white crown molding, etc. Impressive stuff for the modest price for this area I thought. Ample parking which is rare in apartments. Convenient location in a pretty nice area. You rarely hear gardeners (probably cause there is hardly any landscape). The office staff and maintenance staff have been really great. Fortunately, NO bug probs. Cons: while the inside is nice, the grounds are poorly kept with mud on sidewalks, dog droppings here and there, trash on ground frequently, minimal landscape all of which make it not too nice on the outside, but some people might not care about that (just watch where you step). Also too close to neighbors (bedroom windows and balconies/patios across the way seem extra close, besides having neighbors to both sides up or downstairs, and back to back! The way these apts. are positioned makes it feel like you are living even closer to others than even in most apartments! Some people don't care, but I hate that. Also seems that ALL neighbors smoke which sucks if you want to open your windows for fresh air. Living in an apartment is NEVER as nice as living in a house, but considering that, if you have to live in an apartment, I think it is still tolerable and a decent apartment community to live in.
