Yo!

Nice Location and Price, but....

I moved out from Prado Apartments after 2 years as a resident. I'd like to share my experience with you so you have an idea about this community before you move in.

Reasons to Move here: 1) The location of this apartments is simply fantastic! Shopping Center, Trader's Joe, Laguna Hills Mall, Marshalls, Restaurants, Freeways (5, 405, 241), Bus station, Hospitals, Fire Department, Post Office and Banks all within 1 mile. The beach is around 10 miles away. 2) They're affordable. 3) Huge apartments. The size of the 1 bed is really something. I find it difficult to see somewhere else. 4) Maintenance is fast and reliable. They are friendly and efficient.

Extra reason to move in: Hot blonde in apartment 177

Reasons to not: 1) Because of the good price, they get lots of poor quality resident applications and the worst part is they're accepted. Most of this people don't have an idea of what living in community means. When your good neighbords star moving out in mass is because something is very wrong 2) Noise. Too many kids around and they seem not to have other way of communicating but yelling. Don't make the same mistake I made: don't live around the pool areas. 3) Parking is terrible. Get a garage! Before I moved the management was looking for information about some cars being vandalized in the parking lot. Be always prepared to have somebody double parked in front of your garage or behind you carport. If you wonder how they get in the lot is like this: They will park in fron of the gate so you'll be force to open the door for them or they;ll enter using the exits. The management gave stickers to residents so visitors wouldn't park in the residents parking lot, but nobody enforces this and you need to call the towing company yourself. 4) ) Management is much better now than before, but their staff (but Michelle) used to be rude and impolite. They have improved somehow.

Extra reason to not move: Pot smoker in garage 63 (he doesn't have a better place to do it!)

Over all I wouldn't recommend this place to live. Quality of community is going down really fast. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
