Checking out the apartments on a visit and living here are two very different things. They ALWAYS show you the "nice" side of the property,(as they did with me, and were plenty nice to me---then) but to live there is a totally different subject. Do you honestly think that all these negative reviews are just coincidence? I lived here and although I had no pest problems, I had PLENTY of problems with management being unattentive to my problems with noisy neighbors, (yes, screaming kids) having to deal with trash laden walkways, thumping stereos, car break-ins, filthy laundry rooms and then mold in the shower area (I keep a VERY clean house!) due to a faulty vent that was never properly repaired in the six months I lived there and everytime I had to request for it to be done yet again the management acted put-out and rude, eventually telling me just to get some bleach and water and deal with it myself. So much for the "nice" act they put on for me when I first checked the place out. As soon as my lease was up and they wanted to up the rent (a joke for what you get, big apartment aside) I packed my bags and ran! I would NEVER recommend that anyone live here. That is if you value your car, (my car stereo was stolen as was my neighbor's)health, (black mold) and peace of mind (management will not care once they get you in)and don't mind doing your laundry elsewhere because the laundry rooms are disgusting!(the one's they DON'T show you on the tour) I WOULD recommend looking elsewhere even if it means spending a little more.
