We've been here for a couple months and things seem fine. I see kids running around occassionally doing what kids do, playing games, chasing each other etc. They aren't ever overly loud. You hear an occasional car stereo passing but nothing complainable...for the most part it is a pretty quiet complex. Not once have I seen a cockroach, our apt. is immaculate and I couldn't ever imagine seeing one crawling around.

Maintenence responds quickly, and are very friendly. The office staff is 50/50, a few ladies are very nice, and 1 or 2 have their days. The parking sticker thing is definately NOT enforced...so now I have this ugly thing on my car when apparently I didn't really need it since 95% of the other tenants don't have one on their cars.

The inside of the apt. is very nice, big and a good layout. There is always hot water, the heating system works quite nicely too! Maybe the other people complaining lived in a bad part of the complex or something...but next to the leasing office is a pretty nice area!

Yeah, but if you have the misfortune of not living next to the leasing office, where maintence is actually kept up for "prospective renters" you are in for a nasty surprise. Stay away, your safety and peace of mind are at risk!!
