please believe all the negative reviews - why would ex tentants / or unhappy current tentants bother to write reviews if they were happy here - I agree that the positive reviews have been written by staff members or somebody high on drugs!

There isn't much more I can add to what you have already read - watch out for large roches in your bedroom, closets, bathrooms and they also come through the air con unit you name it - I even had one walk through the front door ! I keep my apartment clean but still they come - I think it might be my neighbours in their one bed one bath they have 3 adults and 5 kids - the three adults work nights so the kids are left on their own - you can't see the color of their carpet with all the trash and food.

a few customer service training classes wouldn't go a miss for the office staff - you have to stand up to them or they will take advantage - if you're happy with your response go to the management company - but make sure you email call everyone at the management company so everyone is aware you have a problem and maybe then you may get a response !
