My family and I have lived here 2 weeks and just gave our notice because it seems there's another family living here with us. A family with the first name ---- and the last name roach. I believe I just met the grandpa of them all about 5 minutes ago sitting next to me. We are not unsanitary people if anything we like our place clean all the time. I called the front office and asked them to send maintance over to kill it. You think I was about to touch it' It was huge! They were rude about my request but I can understand it is an odd one. How would they feel living in a "roach motel"' I am fed up with this especially since they have come in our home and sprayed twice. In case you didn't know yet the spray they use is toxic and so far we have inhaled it for the last 2 weeks and counting. If you move here because the rent is low make sure you plug the tub, kitchen sink, and close ALL cabinets before leaving or going to bed. This complex is 30yrs old and needs to be fumigated. The roaches have had enough time to spread their seeds...if you know what I mean. I see them on the side walk all the time. Maybe they are living in the palm trees' Yuck! Do not move here! It's unsanitary and bad for you to breath pestisides while you brush your teeth or wash your dishes! Oh and you're screwed if you have 2 cars there's no guest parking. We have to walk 10-15 minutes every night to get home. I could totally hear my neighbors having sex last night. These walls and floors are like paper.
