When I first moved into the complex it wasn't too bad. The management was nice and helpful, the grounds were a bit messy, but it wasn't too bad a place to live. However not long after that new management came in and it just went down hill from there. I think its changed hamds two more times since then.


I came out one morning to the hubcaps of the car next to mine having been stolen. Mine had scratch marks and were pulled out from the wheel well, where thankfull they are held on with bolts not just little tabs so the theif must have run at that point or moved on to something easier. My roommates bike was stolen off our patio, the 1 inch thick chain cut so they could run off with it, obviously they cased it out. Neighbors are constantly noisy and very rude if you ask them to be quiet.

This is the neighborhood where a man threw his wife off the balcony (4 doors down from me). A ring of counterfit check wirters and creidt card theifs lived above us for a while with a kidnapped child hidden in one of the bedrooms. Squatters live in the empty aparments because managment is too lazy to lock the doors after a showing.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND LIVING HERE!
