Contrary to other reviews, these apartments are clean and habitable. Building maintenance personnel are always working to clean and maintain the premises. The price is very reasonable compared to other places in Orange County. The Prado JPI Staff are helpful and provide outstanding customer service to their tenants.

I've had no issues with the apartment complex or staff personnel. The staff have bent over backwards in service.

The only negative aspect of Prado are the small percentage of non-American, Hispanic, immigrants. They often break into vehicles and apartments to steal and destroy personal property (such as both my neighbors). They are slowly ruining this beautiful community, so it is best to keep a firearm ready to deter the threat of bodily harm or vandalism of personal property.

This post is so screamingly obviously written by the office staff! The place is like a the ghetto only 1,000 times worse! Why do you suppose the majority of the post on here are of a negative sort? Hardly a coincidence. Nice racist use of blaming the "non American, Hispanic immigrants" to describe who is causing all the crime. Like No "American" would ever do that! This "beautiful" community has been a dump for decades now. Advising people to "keep a firearm ready" is not only stupid, but irresponsible as well. People are better off just cutting to the chase and advoiding these apartments like the plague!

I am a bit confused. I cat'n believe: "He is Latino so he will ruine this community" etc. I don't think that it was polite. If somebody not right, no matter what nationality he is.
