The previous post is so screamingly obviously written by the office staff! The place is like a the ghetto only 1,000 times worse! Why do you suppose the majority of the post on here are of a negative sort' Hardly a coincidence.I lived here and HATED it!Office staff was uncaring after I moved in had to re-submitt requests numerous times just to get the smallest thing done.The place is filthy dirty, not "beautiful" at all! (Only near the office and the "nice" area they show you before you are moved into the othe 99% of the complex, different story there entirely.) Nice racist use of blaming the "non American, Hispanic immigrants" to describe who is causing all the crime. Like No "American" would ever do that! This "beautiful" community has been a dump for decades now. Advising people to "keep a firearm ready" is not only stupid, but irresponsible as well. People are better off just cutting to the chase and advoiding these apartments like the plague!
