I am a current resident. What can I say'


1. I feel safe
2. No problems with guest parking at all. Never. (= NEVER). Enough places for guests inside. But I know that some people do park outside the complex. Probably it's hard to find place later in the evening, I don't know. Our parking lot never be taken illegal. But sometimes it happens, I've seen. But it seems management takes care of it.
3. Close to mall
4. Not expensive (I think costs its money)
5. Pet friendly


Balcony big enough but of course I'd like it to have a bigger balcony and cleaner territory around.

There are lots of things I really do not appreciate here.
1.Sometimes it is noisy (because we have no playground and all the children playing just near your home, so you can hear their voices)
2.I can't wait when they change grass near my apartment -- it is dead. Hope one day it will happen. But not sure, was asking about it three times, still no result
3.I hate people washing their cars under my windows :). They do it early in the morning or in the evening, because at that time nobody can see them, I suppose :)
4. There is no guest house. I don't need business center (we have one, I even don't know where is it). But it might be a good idea to celebrate birthday in guesthouse. And I wish we don't have tennis court and all this stuff.
5. Conditioner is noisy cause it's old. Dishwasher is ok.

The picture I provided has been taken few month ago. You can see there the colour of the wall, floor is typical.
But Prado Apartments has some swimming pools and jacuzzi.

What else' I appreciate separate entrance. You need to use stairs. Management is ok, those who are fixing broken things are quite friendly.

P.S. Hope managers will read this so it will help to do the things better.
