I rented here over the 2008 summer, I had spiders pop up every now and then in the apartment {they was a little big too} nice up todate laudry room but it's small and it not 24hrs which sucks. the neighbors are not to friendly and socially, the prado is a boring and quiet place. not saying i want noise it just feel like the suburbs here. a BIG problem is the Sprinklers that come on at night every 30min or hour ALL night, it's get annoying. and the walkway be soaking wet. The Prado is a little pricy because it do not include utilities. but overall ill recommend the Prado, it's clean, nice and the leasing agent are professioanl and realy nice{JAY}
