I moved in here about 8 months ago and despite everything I have read on this web site I decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did. The property was bought out about 6 months ago by a company called TGM. I was curious whom they were so I checked out their site and saw their other properties and was excited to see what was to become of ours. Since the buy out I have recieved a FREE upgrade in my apartment. I got a new wasehr and dryer inside my apartment, brand new granite counter tops and light wood cabinets. Also brand new refrigerator(cuz I rent from them), new microwave, dishwasher and stove.
As far as the bugs are concerned Ive had one in eight months. I called the office and they informed me that Terminex comes out every Wed. to spray the property and if I would like they would have them come and spray my apartment at no cost to me. So if you were to ever find a creepy critter they offer a solution to the problem with no hesitation.
Maintenace is awesome. The whole rehab thing has had its set backs at times, but again I would call the office with a problem and within the same day someone would come out and fix it. Which brings me to the office staff. Most of the people in the office are new even since I moved in. They are super nice and listen to any complaints or suggestions I have, so that always makes things nicer.
I would definatley recommend a friend or anyone to live here. Go and see for yourself you'll like it.

The remodel comes with a cost! In order to get brand new carpet and padding installed, the management did not do a proper move out inspection, in writing, as we asked. They also told us it had to be done the last day of the lease. Now they are trying to get almost $900 from us!!!! We were told by several management and maintence people not to worry about renting a carpet cleaner before we move because they were getting a new carpet with different color to match the remodel. Remember to Stand Up for Your Rights as tenants in this place. The management company is from New York.
