So I have read the reviews posted below and I must say everything that was said sounds scary. Just reading those words would make me say no way to the PRADO... but as any good reader knows... you never believe words. You believe what you see. I moved here at the beginning of february. The day I actually came to see what the Prado was about was my deciding factor on living at this apartment structure. The minute I walked in the staff was kind and down to earth, even going as far as making my daughter laugh and showering her with cookies and kind words. I am a single parent so for me to see this warmth was wonderful!
The apartment itself I moved into was great. Just big enough for me and my daughter, I was close enough to the gym (yay!!) and all my neighbors are quiet. Honestly this place has a great home feeling to it. You always smell home cooked meals and hear families laughing together.
Parking for me isnt a problem. If you are home early enough you will always have a spot. If not then you park on the street. Seems like normal parking to me.
They are also remodeling which is fantastic! We just got washers and dryers, and pretty soon we are getting new counter tops, appliances and more! The gym too is getting brand new high tech equipment that are going to have tvs and mp3 players.
I read on some reviews that there is a "bug" problem. This isn't true. I have never had any creatures attack me or become my "pet". Everything is very clean. The maintainence crew is always circling around the complex. They come ASAP when you have a problem, the staff inside the building remembers you and makes you feel welcomed, i really like it here.
For a single mother I feel safe and secure. I would recommend anyone to Prado. It's a great start to a new life or even a place that you can stay and call home.

Hmmmm....their site states that they have assigned parking. Who is the liar????
