Well, Prado is not the quietest place ever, I would say. And let's face the truth: there is no place to park there for almost six month, primarily because of this remodeling. If you work late hours, there is no way you can find parking. Have a parking sticker' Who cares! There is no place for you after 6 p. m. around your apartment, and after 9 p. m. -- anywhere around.
