I lived in this place for year. Everything started out well, but then went from bad to worse fast. Parking was awful. The parking permits issued by management was a joke. They would hand new ones out every three months and then not follow up with the violators. There were many apartments that seemed to have families of 6 or more in a 2 BD...you figure that one out. There was a change in management over the time I lived here and you could tell. Words of advise...if you dare to live here take pictures before you move in and before you move out. They will try to screw you with the deposit, which is what they did to us.
