I lived there for two years because my husband had an excellent job, and we had just had a baby at the end of the first year so we renewed the lease. BIG MISTAKE. Im just going to list all the horrors.
1. a TON of kids with no supervision. I saw one running around in his underpants one day with a pack of older ones that were shrieking obscenities at each other. After school they hang aound outside yelling and throwing rocks and dropping the snack litter all over the property. I called the office about it, and when they spoke to the parents the next day i discovered the window of my car had the word b**ch scratched into it and the kids started smacking the downstairs cieling with broomsticks. It was lord of the flies there no joke.
2.garbage disposal was loose, everytime it was run water and bits of shredded junk from inside the sink would splash out of the lower cabinet and flood the floor. They came to 'fix' it twice. I had to go to the office and be angry about it to get an actual permanent fix.
3.Hope you like ranchera music if you live there. Its blasting at all hours of the night. Parking is atrocious, and it would seem that there were families living in vans at the end of our second year. You could herar the kids fighting in them and the adults yelling at each other in spanish.
4.Deep pits in the asphalt of the parking lot and very poor lighting. Rolled my ankle getting to my car once. Not a big deal i was over it until i got acosted by the security gaurd. He told me I couldnt 'lurk' in the parking lot as i was leaning on my car and checking out my ankle. I showed him the scratch on my window and told him his job priorities were seriously screwed up. Get the owners for touching their car in their parking spot they pay for, but ignore the vandalism. 2 thumbs up.
5.Hairs painted in the walls, defects covered in different shades of white paint, SERIOUS bug infestations. We had spiders like crazy everywhere. I called about it multiple times and they did nothing. Had to go in person (again) so they could tell me they would get in contact with their exterminator who comes whenever he feels like it. They had to have enough complaints to warrant a visit is what they said. One day i was in the kitchen while my 6 month old daughter was on an activity blanket, and i came back to find a spider actually on her face. So I completely lost it on the front office. They then told me that their exterminator said my daughter was too young to risk any exposure to his chemicals and sent me on my way. We moved very shortly after that.
All in all, Id rather have Lucifer and all his friends as nieghbors, the 3 stooges as a management team, and a graveyard for a parking lot. Would be a dramatic Improvement. Oscha and social services need to clean that place out.

your right on about all of this... i've lived here for about 8 months, and counting the days til my lease is up.. our neighbors complain on us because we are just walking yet they have 10 families in a one bedroom apartment i've been very tempted to call social services on this place. you can't live like that it's crazy.

Horrible reviews! I was going to move in, already gave the green light to run my credit. Then, for just curiosity I went to this site to see the ratings. Tell 'ya, I'm glad I did. Seems like this place is really a joke. Thank you for all your reviews. Thank you!
