The office staff changes every week or month if you??re lucky. They might allow dogs and cats but they charge you a rather large pet deposit and an additional fee added to your monthly rent just for having a pet. No utilities are paid. Parking is a nightmare. After living here for 5 yrs they decided to raise our rent $250! This isn??t even legal from what i have looked into. The apartments are laid out horribly, there is no ventilation whatsoever! This place is horrible... I am happy to a point that they raised our rent as much as they did 'cause we found place that is a zillion times better than here. So if you are looking for an apt. in this area there is much better places than this!! This place is pretty much the projects of Laguna Hills and they try to charge you a ridiculous amount of rent for what they off! So beware??
