Some of these post are old, but let me tell you NOTHING has changed. I have been here since the beginging of this year and Me and my husband love the apartment although inside units (i.e. stove, dishwasher, etc.) are older they do work pretty well. It is very hard to get maintance to your place to fix things and when something needs to be replaced they will try their hardest to fix and fix it until they have nothing else to do. SPIDERS are everywhere even pincher bugs. Although a pet friendly neighborhood people DO NOT pick up after their animals! They have the grass fertilized here and there and my upstairs neighbor acctually lost his dog cause the fertilizer was not very pet friendly. The office people suck! They are still ever changing. I have seen a new person every week! Parking is not so bad for us, but there are a lot of apartments with 2 or 3 families per unit. They just started putting berber carpet in the apartments, but if you have a dog BEWARE! Although nice if you dogs nail even catches a thread of it, the carpet will pull out! I think this is a way to screw you! So all in all. This place feels like home. People are nice the surroundings are nice, but everything else just SUCKS! you can find WAYYYY BETTER!!! Deposit is around 500 plus 500 per dog!!! and 50 per month per dog!
