You don't have to cross the border to be in TJ....

...just move to Villa Solana. I lived in the complex 2 years and it was the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. The apartments are run down both inside and out. They have 20 families living in 1 apartment with kids running around at all hours. The parking is beyond terrible. One tenant actaully lit someone's car on fire that parked in his spot. This was close to buildings and if it had been windy, the fire could have easily spread. When I asked management if this tenant is being evicted, they said they weren't aware of the fire. The burned out car and carport were easily visible, not to mention the fire and police departments were dispatched to the fire. Management was more concerned with getting it's $$ than with tenants safety. The management is rude, they want to nickle and dime you for everything, yet when you raise a concern they DO NOTHING. You would be better off living in a cardboards box in a park than living i Villa Solana.
