I have lived at Villa Solana for 4 years. I have 2 dogs that i could not be with out. They accepted the dogs with no problem. I agree that at time the parking is a bit challenging but what apratment compex doesnt have prblems with parking. I almost moved to to a job relocation but I could not fing a complex to take my lab and geman shepard mix. I have to pay an addional monthly rent for my babies (dogs) however it is so worth it. I recall a leak that I had in my home recently and Robert the maintnenace manager responded and was great. I spoke with Thea the manager and She explained to me te time frame and then in the end had my carpets cleaned to help with any wierd smells. I reall y enjoy living in this property and I really enjoy Thea she is always pleasent and seems genuenly concerned when I have concerns for her. I will stay here untill I am aked to move I love it!!!!!!!!
