First off, my car was stolen from right in front of my apartment. I reported to the complex, all they said was okay well not you need to purchase a new parking pass. They wanted me to pay $50 for a car pass when my car was stolen from their complex!!!


Now as for the parking issues. If you get home past 7 at night. Forget parking here. You have to go park in residential homes almost a mile away.


I have a couple friends over parked here without passes early in the day and all 3 cars were towed.


DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

I was reading this and thought to myself I wasnt to respond. It really suks that your car was stollen!! I understasnd how that could most definately upset you sand want to find some one t blame. Asking you to replace the pass seems resonable...lets think about this...If you have CD, personal items ie cell phone, or anything else would you not have to go out and purchase these items to replace them? Probably, would even if you pay the deductable most likely its not going to cover all the items in the car. What it boild down to is that you happend to be an unlucky person at that point because I got to tell you no matter where you live there is crime. So tis could have happend at any community that you live at. It is noones fault butthe person who stole the car. I know that the parking sucks sometimes too. I too live here but I have my carport that I can park in. I personally would rather have all the parking for us residents but at least there is some parking for our friends. As a person who lives here I am glad to see that the friends that visited you were towed as you should have informed them t park in the guest spots. It is people like you who add to the chalenge for me and my boyfriend when we are paying rent and want to park. One more thing, the parking gets worse at night because every one is coming home from work. I like it here because the office is great, Itreally seems to be improving especially over the last couple of years. I recomend thast if you have prblems t just go in and takl to The manager Thea, she will be helpful as much as possable. The new girl Jill is pretty cool too. Ok this is in response to the response. First, the apartment should not make her pay for a new pass. It is a sticker on a plastic holder. They pay nothing but maybe a dollar for it. So they bascially want to get $50.00 out of her which is wrong. Second, the parking is bad bcuz Thea, the above mentioned manager, let's 50 people live in one apartment. There is occupancy laws, but she looks the other way as long as people pay their rent. It is not the resident above that makes it bad for you and your boyfriend, it's THE MANAGEMENT! Thea is not helpful, does nothing to help the residents and nickels and dimes them to death. Shame on you for your above comments.

I agree - Thea is a b!^@%, the office staff roates so often that the rare good person leaves, maintenance is slow and half-@ssed, pet crap is everywhere, parking is ridiculous. They are even trying to issue new parkng passes, but they do not seem to understand that there aren't enough spaces!!! Hand out all the "special passes" you want - the fact is that there are not enough spaces, period. Plus, the new pass replacement cost is $100! Do not be fooled - unless you are deliberately trying to house too many people, this is not the place for you.

i just randomly came across this again. the first person to respond to this is an idiot. i am sure it is the bitchy manager that works there. i agree with you whymimi if they didnt let 15 people live in a one bedroom and a den i would have more parking. after moving out they tried to charge us 100 more on top of our 2500 down. yeah right. anyone who moves here i feel very sorry for them. there is so much crime across the street. i didnt even feel safe walking my dog around there.
