We are living at Villa Solana because we have a large dog, which we couldn't have at other complexes. In my opinion, the office staff are super nice and helpful, and the maintenance workers promptly fix problems I've reported.

However, the basic atmosphere of the complex is pretty awful. Whenever we're outside, we would swear we're in TJ...seems like we are some of the very few that speak English. Spanish everywhere!!! Wanted to use the swimming pool, it's always filled with kids speaking Spanish...at that age, not speaking English...illegal aliens anyone'''

Our apartment was cleaned nicely when we moved in, but very antiquated in decor. The appliances were in good shape, but ANCIENT!! You can't hear the TV (or yourself think) while either the dishwasher or microwave is on.

The patios are cracked and run down, parking is a B***H and our rent just got raised astronomically!

Definitely would not recommend...
