This has to be the worst complex I have ever lived in! I signed a three month lease on a two bedroom apartment for $1650. When my lease was about to expire, I got a notice that if I wanted another three month lease, my rent would now be $1995. Or with a month-to-month lease it would be $2100.
The first night I moved in the "ghetto bird" was circling over the apartments with the spot light on! Blaring Spanish music every day. Kids running around in diapers constantly peeking in your windows. I think I was one of the only white people in the complex.
Parking was a nightmare for guests. There are only 5 free spots in the complex after 7pm. Otherwise you will get towed. Believe me, the tow truck was there every night!
Yes, the office staff is nice and the maintenance people did come and fix things fast. But, for the price...YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!!

Hey liked your review. Im glad im not the only one that doesent like the spanish music playing LOUDLY in the parking lot. I signed a year lease for $1550 and when i renewed it for another year they only raised it to $1596 which you think is not too much but with the spanish music being played loud and the bugs we share the apartment with i am dying to get out of here. And yes you may ask why i renewed the lease, at the time the bugs weren't a problem and neither was the spanish music.
