Horrible slum From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived in many apartments in my time and never had to deal with the incompetence of the resident managers at Aloma. Management makes it impossible to live a normal lifestyle. Hot water and water service is often disrupted. Day laborers are hired to do major construction jobs. The pool closes at 8 p.m. despite the fact that the sun might still be out. It is no coincidence that their are no black or mexican tenants. Children aren't allowed to play anywhere on the property. Mold infests the whole building. Crown Valley and Patsy' are extremely loud. There is only one exit in clear violation of fire code. No air conditioning. No notice as to when construction that will inhibit your life will be taking place. Parking is horrible. The resident managers are rude and prude. The laudry rooms are dirty. I could go on and on. DO NOT RENT HERE.....
