Country Club has so many problems it's hard to know where to start. For starters, that vacant lot next door' That's where homes USED to be until they fell off the hill. The pretty new blacktop in the apartment' Make sure to ask about the hillside reinforcement they did as well as the concrette they poured to keep their hill from falling down.
Don't live here if you like sleep. Living over Crown Valey is awful. You can't even open your windows from the noise. And the sirens from the fire dept run all the time.
Call and check your electricity before you move in here. The apts leak like a bucket with holes so you have to run your air if you want to stay even a bit cool.
The closets aare so tiny in this place you
have no room for anything. At least you have a garage, which is nice.
If you live above the garages, you'll always be hearing the garage doors go up and down. And if you have any valuables don't leave them in your car. This place is ripe for burglars and car breakins. There is no security. Their moron security guards do nothing but tow illegally parked cars and write citations (these arent legal and they aren't issued by the cops!!!!!!!). This place is a rip off. Go elsewhere -you'll be glad you did.
And there are no "ocean views" in this place.
