When me and my wife and two children lived at Country CLub Villas, they did a lot of big construction. It was right next to our building, to keep part of the hill by the pool from falling down. The noise was so loud that I couldn't hear to talk on the phone in my own house. We heard they moved people out of about 6 buldings. The cosntruction went on for about 8 months. We talked to a lot of people who were unhappy. Some had asked to be let out of their lease. But Lyon Property Management would not let them move. They forced people to stay, pay their high rent and listen to this. BEWARE!! They might have problems with the land the apartments are on again, and do more construction. YOU SHOULD KNOW THEY WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF YOUR LEASE IF IT BOTHERS YOU. My son got sick for a 2 weeks and coudlnt' sleep very well at night, and the noise kept him from sleeping all day too. He almost had to go to the hopsital to get any sleep. We finally moved. DOn't rent here. They are not nice people and just want your rent check. They don't care about you or your kids. None of them lived in the apartments so they did not care about the noise. Then you have to worry about the hill falling down, too. There is no place to park if you work late like my me and wife. THere is no place for children to play at all.
