Our apartments are being converted into condos. Buyer beware of mold black mold. 8 out of 12 of our building's apartments have been treated for mold in the last 6 months. They treated by painting over it. People are getting sick.
The company is trying to sale as is. BE CAREFUL!!! They are Delware LLC meaning the money is being pass thru the LLC to their main Corp. Alot of these condo conversions drop the LLC after the last condo sales. Meaning the limited liability is no good.

Do you know how apartments get mold? 90% of the time it is due to poor housekeeping. You should know what you are talking about before badmouthing. Fool!

naughty69, you are an idiot. Mold is caused by moisture/water. There are some fungi that build up due to lack of housekeeping. and to an idiot like you, it may look like mold, when infact it is not. Get your facts straight.
