we've lived here for a year and a half now and throughout 3, 4, or is it now the 5th mgmnt team, this current one is the worst. talk about getting the runaround. they talk about being broke, cant pay their bills, yet they jack our rent up and give away free rent for a year to 3 different tenants. they say they raised the rent to bring it up to market value, but they refuse to bring the property up to market standards. parking is a joke here. countless complaints have been made to the office, and they say things are fine. i pay good $ to live here, yet i get forced to park either on the street or in a handicapped zone. perhaps they'd be singing a whole different tune if they lived here. people can store their heap of crap vehicles on the property here for unlimited amounts of time. commercial vehicles are no exception to the rules. multi family units can park as many vehicles on the property too. people from the adjacent apartment complex can park or store their vehicles here, and they can even use our pool and laundry facilities. there is little or no security here. strange men have been seen at the kid park watching the kids. vandalism to cars is rampant. kids are allowed to climb on the parking garages and carports. upgrades or repairs to apartments are ignored or done poorly. several apartments have had the mold problem. management is a joke. no people skills at all. they like to make up or change the rules as they go along. if you decide to move in here, id highly suggest you speak to some current residents first.
