What's the price of value'

Having lived in this complex for almost a year, I can tell you a few reasons why you would and would not want to live here. Value, as with everything, comes with a price.

Why you want to live here'
1-Central location: This place is close to the toll roads, a few supermarkets, shopping centers and a multitude of restaurants (regular and fast food).
2-They have on-site storage units that are a steal. You get on-site storage with 24 hour access for $65 - the storage units are roughly 6x20 and are in various locations around the complex.
3-Price. We have a 2br, 2ba with inside stackable washer/dryer (supplied by the complex) for $1330 on a 6 mo lease. You can go $100 lower for a 12 mo lease or $100 higher for month-to-month. This is one of the few decent apt complexes that still does month-to-month if that's your need.

Why you shouldn't live here:
1-Low price usually brings with it a very diverse resident base. Some are more personable and considerate than others. Some with kids, some without, some with intersting habits...you can draw your own conclusions. If class, culture and high style are what you want, then look elsewhere.
2-Parking is horrendous. The parking regulations themselves are not bad. Very reasonable in fact. The problem lies within the fact the regulations are not enforced which in turn leads to having to park in BFE to get a spot, which for 70% of the resident base, is nowhere near where you live.
3-Security is scarce. Only one guard at night and they are usually stuck in the booth at the entrance gate. The complex is not well lit and can present some problems.

So, you have a trade off. If you want a relatively decent place to live and you don't have a lot of green to spend each month. This place will probably work for you. However, if you want the latest modern interior/exterior designs, well thought-out and convenient complex design and lots of amenities - think twice before signing the dotted line.
