I've lived here for several years and really think a lot of these other reviews are unfair. I have children and I feel safe here- even letting my children out to play. You can't beat the convenient location. Maintenance gets everything done in a day if you have anything wrong. I don't understand the any complaints because they offer free weekly spraying as often as you like. There are about a dozen small, single senior citizen ladies living here- can't imagine they would live here alone if it wasn't safe.
There isn't much parking, but if residents follow the rules there is enough.
Overall, this place is the best deal for the money and not a bad place to live at all.
