Laguna Ghetto will not refund your deposit. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I was warned the first morning I woke up by the woman across the way that I would not get my deposit back. I thought that she must have trashed her place. But, I kept mine clean, and undamaged. Even scrubbed the all the mold(which is almost impossible to control) off the shower basin. I will still not get a huge deposit back. Parking is a pain. The management is unhelpful.(My wife was locked out and the staff was leaving for the day so they ignored her 25 minutes before quitting time.) THIS PLACE SUCKS!
