I have lived here with my family for nearly two years, and I wouldn't suggest moving here. Management stinks. They don't care about any issues you might have. They don't care about any issues THEY have themselves, for that matter. For instance, people aren't to park their cars in front of garages or other places that are in violation of fire code. They don't enforce this rule (which could potentially be dangerous to residents). However, try washing your car in front of your garage instead of in the *car washing* area at the back of the complex and a staff member will be there in less than five minutes to tell you're not to wash your car there. No. They're far more interested in farting around with preparing the monthly newsletter.

There is no shortage of shopping carts here. If you need your car detailed or to buy some pottery, you've come to the right place. Although we signed a lease that said residents aren't allowed to run businesses out of their homes, they do. There is also no need to buy a stereo if you don't own one. People here listen to their music as loud as they like at all hours of the night and no one does a thing about it.

With all that said....if you don't mind loud music, dodging shopping carts, and being generally annoyed by irresponsible management that couldn't care any less about you.....come on over....the gates are ALWAYS open (isn't this supposed to be a gated community').
