When we moved in, two neighbours came & said that our truck was too large. They threatened to sue us if there was any damage done to their parked car. So we had to park the truck away from our unit & pay extra $80.00 for the move-in. Few days later as we're about to go out, our car was missing. We called the police & they said it was at Exclusive towing company. Our car was parked at the assigned spot but management had given it to someone else. So that person called the towing company. As a result, we had the hassle & cost of getting our car due to management's fault. They did later refund the cost but the management was not very helpful during this ordeal.
